new from lovely lovely! 31 May 2006

One of my favorite UK table top brands, Lovely Lovely, has added some new pieces to their colorful and lace-inspired line. These photos have a dark satire feel to them...and the random molded jello pieces are really amusing!

Cool Designer: Spring & Clifton 30 May 2006

Designed by New-York based & California-bred Michelle Zacks, the Spring & Clifton collection is a blend of both coast's sensibiities. The inherent playful breeziness of the West Coast meets the nonchalance of East Coast casual elegance.

Shoes...check! 30 May 2006

A couple months ago, I began the hunt for my wedding shoes. Here they are! The height is perfect, and I'll be able to wear them with both my American and Thai dresses. Thanks to someone very kind (who shall remain nameless), for hooking me up with an incredible discount and helping me score these babies for a fab (non $300) price!

lino-cut cards! 30 May 2006

I love these new lino-cut cards by artist Katie Muth. Katie's work mixes sweet and sometimes bittersweet imagery that captures each season within a year. They're a tad more expensive than most cards, but her prints really are mini (and framable) pieces of artwork. To read more about her process, go here. And find her cards at Elsewares.
