a green wedding

2007 is certainly the year to go green. My favorites magazines have all had green themes recently, and this upcoming event had such a great concept, I had to share. For those of you in the LA area, A Soolip Wedding has a special themed event this year called A Green Wedding. The March 18th event is focused how to make environmentally-conscious choices for vendors, food, and more on your wedding day. Click here for more info...

I have read about their wedding events but didn't know they had a green themed one. Loving that the green trend is getting more stylish!

I'm really glad that more people are becoming aware of the impact they can have when planning their wedding and how easy it can be to make a fun and stylish wedding eco-friendly. I've been planning my own green/ethical wedding since last summer ("http://www.zzilch.com/thrynandgabe/blog") and I love reading your blog for style inspiration (I happen to be a graphic designer too)!

thanks for featuring this Joy! This is a topic that's so close to my heart and many others and it's important to get the word out on all the cool stuff that's out there now to support a sustainable living. You rock!

i saw something about green weddings on the today show a couple of days ago...it is such a great thing to do!!!

An eco-wedding... a perfect celebration!

green weddings now too? i've heard it all.

Thanks for the info on this event, Joy! My friend is getting married in June and I think we're going to try to go to this to get some more ideas for her! It sounds very cool...I'm excited :)

hi bye

Green is definitely in! I’m going to A Soolip Wedding in Hollywood next weekend. I’ll be letting everyone know what I find out on my blog ("http://www.ourweddingplus.blogspot.com").

They are sure to have the latest trends and great ideas! Stay posted!

Hey Joy - be sure to check out Portovert - the new online magazine for eco-savvy brides and grooms. I posted about it:
