gorgeous ceramics: kim westad
I'm loving the work of ceramicist Kim Westad. With a background in graphic design, Kim's work is influenced by her environment, small details in nature, and forms created in architecture and industrial design. See her Etsy shop here...

I love that bottom left one the shape is so organic.

Thank you so much for introducing Kim Westad's work to me. Her work is amazing and her story is quite inspirational, as I am a graphic designer discovering the joys of ceramics as well.

The yellow cup (?) is really lovely. I wouldn't buy and use it however, what if my coffee stains it?! The bottom left one looks like a good ashtray...or fill it with some glass stones and top it with a tealight :)
