For the holidays this year, I made my favorite frozen lime pie for our family Christmas Eve dinner. Since I had extra filling, crust, and toppings, I used them to make these mini pies using foil cupcake liners. They turned into tart and tasty bite-sized perfection, and perhaps how I'll make the entire batch next time...yum!
