Happy Valentine's Day! To start off your sweet morning, I thought I'd virtually feed you this Hot Chocolate French Toast from Griddle Cafe that I enjoyed for brunch yesterday with my friend Bonnie. Double chocolate-chip brioche {love the melted chocolate chips inside} is topped with a pile o' marshmallows, toasted up top, then sprinkled with some cinnamon and extra powdered sugar. Gooey, melty, sweet, and chewy...it made our hour-long wait for brunch so worthwhile. — Joy
