My three favorite flavors to pair with chocolate have got to be: coffee, mint, and peanut butter. So these Peanut Butter Ganache Brownies from Immaculate Confections are kind of a guilty pleasure that I'll gladly enjoy any day of the week. The bittersweet chocolate brownie is topped with a layer of peanut butter ganache and then covered with dark chocolate on top...swoon... — Joy
