{oh joy} annual survey + kate spade giveaway...

The time has come for the Oh Joy annual survey where I check in and find out who you are, how you got here, and why you come back for more. It should take 5-10 minutes to complete, and as a thank you, we've partnered with our friends at Kate Spade for one lucky reader to win this Kate Spade Lawn Party Half Circle Tote in gold!
