For the last couple weeks, I've been craving Vietnamese like a mad woman and going a bit crazy on Vietnamese noodles and sandwiches. Since I wasn't able to have the paté and cured meats from the standard bánh mi sandwich while pregnant, this Chicken Lemongrass bánh mi from Soy Cafe has been just perfect...and their homemade soy milk is pretty awesome too...— Joy
