Now that I can have all the soft cheese I want again, I'm going a bit buck wild with blue cheese! My favorite combo as of late is a snack of Point Reyes blue cheese on crispy bagel tops with a dab of Blackberry jam or Fig spread...yum! What's your favorite cheese & cracker pairing? — Joy
