Oh Joy

the newlywed cookbook...
5 Jan 2012

While I've always loved food and the "idea" of cooking, when I lived by myself in my Brooklyn studio apartment, I rarely cooked meals for myself. There's something much more fun about cooking for {and enjoying the meal with} someone else. I really got excited to experiment more with cooking once I got married and had someone to taste test my food concoctions. So, I love the concept behind Sarah Copeland's Newlywed Cookbook. With recipes catered towards modern couples looking to spend quality time together in the kitchen, it has me hyperventilating with gorgeous photos by Sara Remington and the tastiest looking recipes by Sarah. This now tops my list as the go-to gift for newly engaged friends... — Joy
