I'm lucky to have friends who know my love for all things sweet. So for my birthday a few weeks ago, many of the gifts that arrived in the mail were of the edible kind. My friends Mari and Jason send me a box of these ridiculously good S'muffins. A s'muffin is like a mini s'mores pie...graham cracker bottom, chocolate in the middle, topped with toasted marshmallow, and dipped in chocolate. And, when you pop them in the microwave for a few seconds, it gets melty and gooey and like a super concentrated über decadent s'mores... — Joy
