Let's Discuss: Picking a Side of the Bed

Recently, at the Oh Joy office, we got into a VERY serious debate...

The question was whether you have a preferred side of the bed to sleep on. It's something I've always wondered whether other people care about choosing...whether sleeping alone OR next to someone. Most of us at the office do have a favorite side of the bed and had that side before we were in relationships, too. I have always preferred sleeping on the right side of the bed (right side when you are in the bed). However, one person at Oh Joy said she doesn't have a side. She and her partner go to bed however they happen to with no real side they stick to.

    "What about your night stand?"

"Where do you put your phone and your hand cream?"

"So you just go on whatever side?"

It was probably one of the most ridiculous conversations we had but really a rare thing to hear. So tell me....Do YOU have a preferred side of the bed?
