With autumn here, we're craving ways to keep the freshness of summer into the fall, too. So, today, we're sharing our recipe for an easy-to-make and beautiful fall salad inspired by a Thanksgiving dinner...

A Fall Salad / Oh Joy!

You'll need:

For the salad...
- 5 oz arugula
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 pear, sliced
- 3 strips of bacon, chopped

For the dressing...
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cranberry relish
- 1 Tbs minced shallot
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of salt & pepper

A Fall Salad / Oh Joy!

Simply combine all the above ingredients together and toss with the cranberry dressing! Enjoy as a main meal for lunch or as a side to dinner!
