dressing the team / stripes!

We're all about stripes for our newest Dressing The Team! Stripes are always a classic, so we wanted to show a variety of stripes and how we wore them to suit each of our styles...

Jess, our Creative Content assistant, is wearing a bold striped skirt that could be dressed up or dressed down. "I would wear this to work and out to dinner. It's a good transitional piece that goes from day to night because the skirt is sophisticated, but the colors are still very playful which works well with the more relaxed t-shirt and denim jacket."

Jess is wearing Left Bank earrings, a vintage Levi's denim jacket, Ban.do top (past season), J.Crew skirt (past season), and M. Gemi heels (past season).

Angie, our Visual and Product Designer, is rocking a bold black and white jumpsuit. "I love this jumpsuit, it’s like it was made for me. It’s the perfect outfit to wear to more special occasions, fancy dinner date nights, fun celebrations. I even wore it to a wedding this summer! I love the slightly structured material and shape which makes it roomy but still very flattering."

Angie is wearing an ASOS Jumpsuit, Splendid Sandals, and Block Artt Earrings.

Julia, our Creative Content Producer & Stylist, loves this full-on striped maxi dress. "I can wear this to a cocktail party, bridal shower, or a day of wine tasting. The off-the-shoulder style isn't something I'd usually go for, but I love the feminine touch it adds. The tie waist helps to accentuate the smallest part of the waist and feels flattering for a variety of body types."

Julia is wearing an Asos dress, Zuzii cross strap clogs in rose gold, and J.Crew earrings.

Courtney, my Executive Assistant, is painting the town red in her striped top! "I was always told as a plus-size kid (and adult) not to wear horizontal stripes. I wanted to show that horizontal stripes can look good on everyone. Be confident, and you'll rock whatever you choose to wear! And a little red lipstick doesn't hurt ;)."

Courtney is wearing a J Crew Shirt, Old Navy Jeans (similar), and Toms hightop shoes (past season).

Traci, our Social Media Coordinator, loves this colorful and fun multi-color dress. "This dress has such a fun mix of colors! It's so cozy, I could wear it pretty much anywhere...to the office, around on the weekend, or to a birthday party. Because of the more casual shape and cut, I paired the dress with sleek white shoes that have a bit of a heel to make the outfit a little more sophisticated."

Traci is wearing an ASOS dress, Marais sandals (past season), and a vintage pink bracelet.

Joy, that's me! This rainbow maxi skirt has been one of my favorite pieces in the last year. It has a light, linen-like fabric that makes it light and flowy to wear. Since it has so many colors, it can go with just about any solid. I've paired it with a thin long-sleeve sweater and a fun rose gold moto jacket to give it a little edge. I'd wear this outfit on a date night or to dinner with friends!

Joy is wearing a Whit NY skirt (past season), J.Crew sweater, Zara jacket (past season), and Marais sandals (past season).
