ain't no party like a ban.do party... 30 Sep 2010

I'm a little late to the game on this...but on heels of yesterday's Closet & Casa with Jen from Ban.do, I had to share this awesome little diddy from a photoshoot by Rue Magazine about a Ban.do Birthday {pg. 199} that Bri and I just so happened to also be in {You can find me in a polka-dotted dress with yellow tights and Bri in an Alice in Wonderland ensemble with lavender tights}. Photographed by Max Wanger and filmed by Shark Pig, this sweet party was so fun to be part of!

brown betty... 8 Sep 2010

When I lived in Philly, Brown Betty was one of my favorite spots to grab a sweet treat. So I was thrilled to see these photos by Laura Novak featuring the three generations of women behind this awesome bakery. The images are beautiful and truly shows the nod to their origins and vintage-modern aesthetic.

ashley meaders makes the coolest stuff... 27 Jul 2010

Yesterday Once Wed posted photos from Max & Margaux's beautiful wedding. The wedding looked so beautiful {as does the happy} couple, so I couldn't help but share some of the pieces created by Ashley Meaders who styled the entire event {as well as many others}. You may have heard of Ashley from Dolco Odille and now she's making special events even better with her whimsical and colorful decor...amazing!

this week's farmer's market flowers... 26 Jul 2010

Dahlings, the dahlias are in full bloom so wee Miss Owl decided to give herself a stunning updo. Sure, it's a little shaggy and her bangs need a trim, but she's going full blast in the brightest of florals this week....

summertime & the living is easy... 19 Jul 2010

On Saturday night, Bob and I were looking to find the MIHO Gastrotruck, and to our surprise and delight, we can across this super cute event, Summertime and the Living is Easy located in the parking lot behind the newly opened Casa Atrelexia shop. Complete with food, popsicles, a DJ, summer movies, and super fun decor, our night on the hunt for a food truck turned into an unexpected treat.
