I hope you all had a nice weekend! It was action-packed and super fun over here with Emily's premiere party on Saturday {congrats Em!} and our yard sale on Sunday {thanks so much to everyone who came!}. As the busy weekend wound down, I needed a pep of sugar to revive me, and this salted caramel cupcake from Frosted did just the trick. While you may be cursing the fact that I'm posting a photo of a cupcake first thing in the morning, this is the last thing I ate last night so it's super fresh on my mind. It's like a sweet, salty, moist cloud of delight...and the mama to these little babies... — Joy

Happy Friday guys! Minus the bout of rain we're supposed to get this weekend, I'm feeling like spring is on its way. Therefore, sparkle bow peeps and pink pants are a must. Once my work for the day is done, I'm spending the evening clearing through my closet & office in preparation for our yard sale this weekend. Hope to see some of you there!

Alright folks, I've found the chocolate mix of all mixes {well, I didn't actually find them...the amazing Jordan bestowed them to me, and I happily accepted}. Picture this...burnt caramel almonds, burnt caramel hazelnuts, candied cherries covered in dark chocolate, and pearls of creamy organic peanut butter and dark milk chocolate with a crispy center. The Asphalt Jungle Mix from Recchiuti might be all the snack I need to live on a deserted island alone forever.

why tori & myka rock: I love when you can tell someone just loves what they do! These girls pour their colorful hearts into planning their events, and it shows in every detail!
in tori's closet: Probably my favorite dress on earth, I call it my Rainbow Brite dress. I wore it to Myka's wedding with Louboutin's and again for my husband's birthday party at The Ace Hotel in Palm Springs with my gold Tom's. It describes my personal style perfectly—tons and tons of white accented with bold pops of color and some sparkle.
in tori's casa: I made my wedding bouquet from vintage brooches with photos of my dogs {since they couldn't fly to our wedding in Mexico!} and two vintage owls I gave my husband as a present before we flew to the wedding. It's composed of everyday reminders of how awesome that time in our life was, and I get to walk by it every day.
in myka's closet: I'm literally in love with this Alexia Admor dress. It's super special to me because I wore it to our wedding rehearsal, surrounded by all our amazing family. Yes, some may say a sequin dress is a little too fancy to wear out during the day in San Francisco, but I literally also throw this puppy on over my dark skinny jeans, top it off with a casual cardigan and roll out to get coffee. I rock it to parties, to the park, for photo shoots...seriously, I can't get enough of it.
in myka's casa: My husband and I may share a little one-bedroom apartment, but that hasn't stopped me from filling our place with my favorite furniture pieces. I may have an itty bitty addiction to chairs, and this Eames Rocker fits the bill when it comes to things I love. It's small and cute and functional. It kind of floats around our living room to be used whenever & wherever. I love it's simple shape and clean lines.
