Today we're taking a plain, wooden tool box and are turning it into something completely unexpected...a jewelry box! It's surprisingly functional and PERFECT for storing all your jewelry from earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings. Check it out...
1. Before assembling the tool box, paint the handle bar white and let fully dry.
2. Assemble tool box according to the instructions.
3. Paint the inside of the two drawers and the inside of the bottom lavender.
4. Paint the bottom section of the tool box lavender. Let fully dry.
Ta-dah! How amazing is that? I love that you can see everything and store them in neat compartments. And, you can even store larger items (like neck scarves and sunglasses) below. It's super functional and can hold so much, which is great since it can be hard finding just the perfect jewelry box size for all your accessories. If you're one who likes to bring your jewelry over to your closet to figure out what to wear, you can bring this over in a breeze.
Plus, you get to pick what color you want to make it, and how nice does it look on a dresser? I'm making these for gifts, too!
