Love this image from a recent engagement shoot photographed by Alison Conklin and styled by Styled Creative. What could be better than a message made out of pancake? And note the tiny stacked pancake ring...eek! — Joy

One of the last finishing touches I'm working on for our dining room is a wall full of food prints. I've already got some steak prints, some popsicles, and some cakes. So, this giant monochromatic soft-serve print by Debbie Carlos pulls at my sweet heart strings for sure...

You might remember my first post about Dominic Episcipo's United Steaks of America a while back. Well, the off-kilter and meaty series has expanded into a full-on exhibition now titled M.E.A.T. America...which is fun, funny, and clever all wrapped up in one meaty package.
For those of you in Philly, the exhibition opens tomorrow night at Bambi Gallery on 2nd St. It promises to be an eye-opening and artery-closing tour of the American spirit {and vegetarians are welcome!}.

These chocolate stamps by Toby Ng aren't real, but I certainly wish they were...

A couple weeks ago, I posted about Maggie Austin's gorgeous cakes, so I'm thrilled to share these new bite-sized masterpieces of hers...hand-painted cookies! I'm especially in love with her Impressionist and Botanical series. If you can believe it, each one is individually painted by hand by Maggie herself...amazing!
{Photos by Maggie Austin. Holiday delivery still available if ordered by December 17th. $25 per cookie or $75/per quartet. Each collection is limited and numbered.}
I'd gladly live in this world and take dips in a pool of ice cream any day...by illustrator Amy Farrier....

I'm guilty of being a food paparazzi who takes pictures of every dish I'm having for the first time. In another life, I'd love to be an illustrator who can draw quirky and fanciful versions of what I'm eating instead {Imagine if real paparazzi drew celebs instead of photographing them! Sounds much more fancy}. So I'm loving the work of Lucile Prache, Caitlin McGauley, Mike Lowery, and Claudia Pearson who depict their food lives in such fun illustrated ways...
...so so sweet...love this illustration by Mount Royal Bagel Bakery {who make a mean Montreal style bagel like these}...
I love ice cream so much, I was an ice cream cone for Halloween. If I can't have an IV of ice cream pumping through my system at all times, then having one on my wall will have to do. So I'm loving these mix and match, customizable ice cream prints by Slide Sideways where you can choose your own ice cream adventure. I wonder if I can request {my new favorites} brown buttered bacon with salted caramel?
